RENTAL POLICY The first months rent is due at the time of signing the rental agreement. Last months rent in advance to be scheduled in lease. All checks are subject to company approval. All rents payable monthly in advance. Late rents are subject to a 5% late charge. Data sheets must be filled out before signing the lease. Most rentals require a one year lease.
